Powder blusher, and how to use it:
This should be applied over the top of your foundation and face powder. To apply powder blusher, dust over the compact with a large soft brush. If you've taken too much onto your brush, tap the handle on the on the back of your hand to remove the excess. It's better to waste a little blusher than apply too much!
Start the color on the fullest parts of your cheeks, directly below the center of your eyes. Then smile and dust the blusher over your cheekbones, and up towards your temples. Blend the color well towards the hairline, so you avoid harsh edges. This will place color where you would naturally blush. So now, go ahead and blush baby blush!
