Hair Loss, The Real Tragedy

Damage Control

Everybody's hair reacts differently to different products, which is why natural home remedies and hair care tips are the safest option as they have a minimal rate of side effects.

First, it may be essential to repair your hair from any damage that it may have suffered as a result your hair has begun breaking at the crown when you brush or style it, it's damaged.

Hair may be damaged by heat styling, straightening or blow drying. It can also dry out and break off after excessive use of styling products such as hairspray and mousse, or from coloring, straightening or perming too frequently. To stop your hair from breaking, treat it gently and carefully while brushing or styling.

Banyan Tree Root Powder

Shampoo your hair every few days rather than every day. Shampooing every day will dry your hair and strip out the natural oils, causing further breakage. You can effectively accomplish this by using a hot oil treatment by heating up some olive oil, massaging it thoroughly into the scalp, all the way to the tips of your hair. Then wrapping a hot towel around the hair for about an hour.

champoor

*If you have dandruff, mix some camphor in coconut oil and apply the mixture on your hair daily.

*If you face excessive hair fall, you can add a part of the root of a banyan tree to some lemon juice and use the solution daily to wash your hair.

Protect your hair from wind, sun and chlorine. Wear a hat on windy or sunny days to protect it from whipping around and absorbing harmful UV rays. Wear a bathing cap when swimming to keep your hair from drying out by chlorine or salty water.

*Infuse your hair with moisture by coating it with mayonnaise. Apply the mayo to your hair liberally, then leave it in your hair for up to an hour. Then wash it gently, using only the tips of your fingers, don't use your nails to scrub.

Soft Bristle Hairbrush

Brush your hair sparingly and only when it is dry. Brushing hair too often--or when it is wet--can cause excess breakage. Run the brush along completely dry hair only once or twice, then leave it alone. Use a natural bristled hairbrush, like board bristled or wooden brush instead of plastic brush.

Color your hair as infrequently as possible with a product that does not contain peroxide. Peroxide, or bleach, damages your hair and can cause breakage. If possible, use a semi-permanent dye that coats the hair without creating additional breakage. Home remedy recipes go back many generations. we all been told of secret cures by our ” dadi and nani” at one time or another.

Simple Home Remedies for Split Ends

First off, go make and make an appointment with your hairdresser. Get your hair trimmed, and maybe call your mother. You know she worries.

1. Olive oil is the most effective. It seems there is nothing that olive oil isn’t good for. We found the olive oil to be most beneficial when heated and used as a deep conditioner. All you need to do is heat the olive oil in the microwave, and then massage it throughout your hair and let the olive oil work into your hair for at least half an hour. After it’s fully soaked into your hair, carefully rinse the product away.

2. Beer - Yes, we realize having beer in your hair is weird, but the truth is beer is actually an effective hair conditioner. Take about a pint of beer, and work it through your hair. Be sure the beer is fully soaked into your follicles before you rinse out when. When rinsing, take extra care to remove all the beer. You don't want to smell of the pub.

3. Mayonnaise - Almost everybody has a jar of mayonnaise in their refrigerator. But i doubt you keep it in their for a hair care remedy. However, found mayo to be a fairly effective home remedy for split ends. It’s certainly not the cleanest conditioner, but if used regularly, it can increase the strength and health of your hair.

Well, I hope this helped. Look after your hair now, so that when you're old, its still there on top of your head. Have a good day.
